The company has been started as an independent, self-funding research and development laboratory, to investigate the software generation concepts underpinning the Somusar/Software Production Technique[tm], and realize them in the form of the Somusar/Software Production Machine[tm].

Somusar is now focused on the commercialization of its products and services. The market-place of Somusar's business is the Internet, and its primary target audience ranges from individual senior software developers to large software development groups. Software architects, analysts, engineers and designers, as well as IT managers and data base administrators, may also benefit from the code and documentation generators based on the Somusar/Software Production Machine[tm].

Research and development activities still continue at Somusar. Currently, the main goals of these activities are to refine and optimize the technique behind our Generator Building[sm] and Software Mold Building[sm] services, and to gather feedback from the users of our products, in order to rapidly adapt the next versions of products and services to the actual, ever-changing market requirements.
